Short Point Beach - Merimbula
Short Point is considered one of the best all-round beaches in Merimbula. It extends into Tura Beach giving, a couple of kilometres of
uninterrupted coast line.
Short Point has it all. Not only does it have perfect curling waves to whet the appetite of surfers and body-boarders alike, it is patrolled
by the finest Lifeguards in Merimbula during the summer months, making it ideal for swimmers who want to play it safe and swim between the
flags. For the little ones, Short Point backs on to the 'Back Lake', where kids can splash and play in clean knee deep water.
There is also massive car park, so you can be assured of your place in all of the fun.
Short point is not just a beach. There is plenty of grass parkland where you can have a picnic, throw a frisbee, or even kick a ball. The
possibilities are endless.

snacks, and refreshments.
